El lugar en donde esta ubicado no es el mejor, es el centro, pero tampoco el peor, es fácil movilizarse a otros lugares por taxi o uber o el metro, el sitio es muy acogedor, el servicio excelente, inicialmente teníamos dos toallas para cuatro personas, solicitamos las otras dos y no hubo ningún tipo de problema, lo único es q la habitación es muy caliente pero hay ventiladores, tiene café y aromáticas sin costo adicional, si la estadía es por turismo, es decir, dormir en el lugar, es ideal, me gusto mucho, es muy acogedor. Nos tenían asignada una habitación en el piso 5, pero como íbamos con un adulto mayor sin nosotros solicitarlo nos asignaron habitación en los pisos inferiores.

Staff are friendly an go above and beyond to help you even though the hotel needs maintenance. After 2 room changes I finally had to settle for the 3rd room.
