"Good"

Called to verify, was hung up on twice. Was only given 2 towels for 3 people. Stayed 3 days, room was never cleaned. The day before we left, they finally gave us 2 more towels. We came back during the day a couple of times, someone had been in our room, rifled through our belongings and left the door open. Would never stay here again or recommend it to anyone!.

"Really dated and not well maintained."

Room was dated badly, many things falling apart. Shower didn't work well - 1/2 water came out spout and only a little came out shower head. The bed had a regular sheet instead of a fitted sheet - So the bed sheets just slid around and I slept on the mattress most of the night (not by choice) :( I think the rating system here has been "faked" or I got one of the worst rooms - It was cheap, but if I had known I would have opted another 20 to stay in one of the other hotels.

Central to Poteau, OK, easy to get to. Seriously needs maintenance in the rooms. Neglected issues that are easy and inexpensive to resolve.
