Very pleasant refurbished rooms, spotlessly clean. Excellent food with friendly service.

Fantastic stay, the food and beer was excellent (both dinner and breakfast). The room was clean and tidy, with fresh milk in a mini fridge at no extra cost - great touch. I had a great nights sleep, if I'm working in the Worcester area again, I'll defo stay here again 5 stars all day long. every person working at the bell, made me feel welcome as soon as I set foot in the place, nothing was to much trouble.

Although we arrived later than anticipated the staff could not have been more helpful. The polite young man on duty showed us to our room and explained everything we needed to know. Our room was spacious and very comfortable, having everything we needed for our stay, including a comfortable bed. Our evening meal was excellent, with a varied menu to choose from. Breakfast likewise was very good. We cannot speak too highly of the inn.

We’ve been traveling thru the U.K. with friends that have turned us on to B&B’s. We left them in Liverpool and my husband booked The Bells for us. I’m not sure he’ll ever be able to top this! We had a wonderful experience. Food was great, room was great! Thanx for a memorable time

The Bell was a good choice. Nice staff, clean room , nice touch to have fresh milk for the tea in the room. The restaurant food was excellent ( try the pizza) and breakfast was just right, good value for the money.

Fantastic overall. We booked for an overnight B&B stay and received a warm welcome from the friendly and attentive staff on our arrival. We chose to have lunch - which was superb - and then retired to our room which was cosy, quiet, warm and comfortable. In the evening we went down for a lighter bite and again the food was superb. The Bell Inn is a real gem! Very happy to recommend for both accommodation and food and if we are coming back to Worcester, we wouldn't hesitate to book again. A big thank you to Lindsey (the owner) and all of her staff for making our stay so lovely.

Check in was great. , staff friendly, room was warm but had a fan and turned the radiator off so was comfortable,bed was comfortable , real milk to make tea and coffee with in a fridge along with 2 bottles of water . shower flow was quite slow , green emergency light above door was bright in the night , traffic was starting to get a bit noisy at about 6 am. The food was very lovely and the restaurant had an open fire , service was great .

The whole experience was excellent from check in to the evening meal, the room was clean, abut quirky as the floor was not level as it’s an old building, plenty of tea coffee fresh milk in the fridge, breakfast was excellent so all in all a very good experience

nice and friendly. Lovely room apart from the steep steps leading up to your room. Hard going if you have mobility problems. Good food, breakfast lovely and very accommodating staff. For a public house they did close quite early. Catered for all ages with an outside TV area.
