Die sehr gute aber unaufdringliche Betreuung durch unsere Vermieterin. Das sehr ruhige Wohngebiet und die Nähe zur Altstadt. Sehr gepflegter Ort mit guter Infrastruktur.

Für uns gab es keine negativen Punkte

Bell'appartamento, spazioso in zona tranquilla ma abbastanza vicina al centro di Rovigno e alle spiagge.

L'aria condizionata andava benissimo in sala ma faticava ad arrivare nella zona notte.

Eine sehr saubere und gut aufgeteilte Wohnung. Gute Ausstattung.

Die einzige Klimaanlage hängt im Wohnzimmer und erreicht nicht/kaum die Schlafzimmer. In den beiden Schlafzimmern ist es sehr warm/stickig gewesen.

Das Apartment war sehr sauber und mit den wichtigsten Utensilien ausgestattet. Die Vermieter sind sehr entgegenkommend und ausgesprochen nett und hilfsbereit. Man kann sich in Deutsch, Englisch und Kroatisch und vermute auch Italienisch unterhalten. Eigener Parkplatz und Abstellfläche für Fahrräder vorhanden. Die Klimaanlage haben wir trotz großer Hitze nur selten gebraucht.
