"Had a lovely time getting away from the business of Sydney and exploring an old goldmining town."

I liked the setup of the rooms in the lodges, with the restaurant and the nice and relaxed staff. I stayed one night and it was what I needed to explore the area. Cute extra was the Kangaroos and other animals who came by for some toast every day.

Can't really think of anything specific. Rooms were fine, nothing special, and it was what I expected.

Nothing.

Ant infestation in bathroom. People constantly smoking outside room on verandah so smell enveloped my room. Broken light in room. Indifferent staff. Chicken shit everywhere from pet rooster (that starting crowing at 4am) near a coop outside dining area and in direct eye view. Disgusting.
