The view was fabulous ! Very nice place with lots of potential. Enough space in living area. Balcony is a big bounes

The kitchen & accessories are not up to standard. * Cutlery & crockery are not in good condition * It is a 4 sleeper, but not all the class are the same it is different types * Placticware was horrible and can not be used * Shelf in fridge are broken and it make space to keep things cold less * Pots & pans are not very nice & clean * It is a self-catering unit, but they is no cubord to pace food in the kitchen * When using the washing machiene, I first just wash without close to cleane, but there was a bathtowel & handtowe of a previous was still in the mahiene. * Did really not feel okay to use the untensils in the kitchen * Braai on the balony is in a bad condition & dirty * Little washing rak is not good...you get much better once these day I'll sugest this asspesily to hang wet towel. Cleaning before we arrive was not done propper - previous people alcohol bottel was still in cubord in the main room. Main, room bed was broken...the middel foot was off and when lying on the bed it fell if you rolling of the bed. You have a very nice place but you will have to look at these types of things. Look at better things in the kitchen you get very nice things for good prices these days. See that the people that are cleaning do a better job & report broken things. This feedback is to better yourself. Im also in the hospitality industry and know you have to keep up with all this thing to keep a good name for your place. Kind regards,

The view

Curtains in the bedrooms with blockout to stop the light from streaming in all night. A stove that works as it was a self catering apartment. There was no hairdryer. The barbecue on the patio did not work. The second bathroom lights were fused.
