The property was immaculate throughout, the attention to detail made all the difference. I had the rose room and I could even smell roses in there

The amount of stairs 30 steps with luggage after a walk uphill from the station. I wasn't aware prior to booking. I also wasn't aware that the AC is broken and even with 2 fans it's just circulating hot air. It's currently extremely hot across the continent and we are having a heat wave. The kitchen situation, was taken over by two other guests who were very loud and shouting conversations from their room to the kitchen. They didn't leave room for other guests and made me extremely uncomfortable. The bathroom situation, you need two keys to access from the bedroom I was in. It's kept locked. No access to water during this stay. The bed is extremely poor quality. No mirror in the room, instead things a traveler would not need. I stayed out all day because the heat in the top of the house was unbearable

Very In centre of town so easy to get out and about Very clean Host was easily contactable if necessary

I really would have liked a mirror of some sort in the bedroom. Also found a bright white light, which was reading 'off' for some reason and no idea what it was for , a little intrusive when trying to sleep.

The location was perfect for my cycling trip Clara welcomed me and recommended a local restaurant

Such a nice place, right in the heart of Penne's historical center. Breakfast was a coffee and pastry in the local bar. Stepping outside the door to the lively hart of Penne was perfect.

Parking is 10ish mins away... that's not a bad thing. That's the price of staying in the historical center. It's worth it.

Lovely family run BnB in the heart of Penne. Exceptionally clean and tidy with very helpful host.

My only 2 minor gripes were the bed in my room was a little flimsy, not ideal for a 7 day stay. Also parking was a bit hit and miss. I found free parking about 500 metres away .
