"Nice comfortable, decent kitchenette"

We were right by the mini golf course and at 8am there were kids screaming and playing outside, I wish playing out there could at least start until after 10am Don’t want to be a grouch but we had just been to a wedding the night before and were hoping to sleep in a little

"Great time and fun with family"

The staff at the Inn are exceptional. Everyone eager to attend to any need you may have. The grounds are lovely, especially if traveling with young people because they have everything you would need to entertain them. Miniature golf, pickleball, basketball, corn hole,jaguzzi, pool, shuffleboard, pool table, puzzles etc. The beach is a lovely walk through a near by state park about a mile away.

The units are a bit dated. Updating the units with new furniture and smart TV's would be great.

My room was dirty. Still had trash on the patio. Looked like they remade the bed instead of changing it. Then was charged $300 in damages when the room was left how we got it. They refuse to give me a itemized list of what the damages .were. I've contacted a lawyer to handle this matter.

Location, price, and immediate addressing of issues with the room.

Room had several issues with it, either not reported by previous tenants or simply unnoticed by site staff. To staff credit they did attempt to fix immediately what they could same day I reported it.
