Location was right off of the main road and close to the beach - Complimentary breakfast was terrific. Staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable.Clean, affordable & nice looking rooms.

"Wonderful!"

The ambience was great, quiet and lovely. The view from my room 103 is in imaginable if you don't see with your own eyes. Food presentation was phenomenal . Well prepared, the included breakfast was great with fruits as starter and the options.

Very nice rooms, all very stylish refurbished and very clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The style, care for details, good sleep in a huge bed,warm.

"Quite a good hotel in Playa del Carmen"

I like the look of the hotel itself, gives me some pueblo vibes, it has two swimming pools, plenty of communal areas with lots of seating, even two pool tables (sadly I didn't play) which is pretty cool. Some people in their reviews were mentioning loud guests etc., I haven't experienced that and the place was generally pretty quiet, no wild parties or anything so I slept quite well. It's not far from 5 Avenida, the beach is about 15 minutes walk, there are huge stores like Walmart literally around the corner so quite convenient for some shopping.

What I really missed was some sort of shelves or small cupboard etc. as there's no space for storing your stuff, just bed, fridge, TV on the wall and that's it. Also the wifi could be bit more stable (speed was ok).
