All everything - cleanliness was exceptional. Housekeeping for the most part was outstanding. They were very friendly always happy. Manager was extremely helpful. Enjoy the day.

The hotel was directly across the ADO station and a close walk to the main streets of Playa del Carmen. The rooms were clean and spacious.

It would be nice if the dorm rooms provided some more individual comforts like small lamps, privacy curtain or lockers etc. That way if people went to bed early, you could still be able to do things without disturbing them. There was no social atmosphere, probably due to this property being a hotel first despite offering hostel type rooms.
