酒店是5星級酒店，大堂餐廳樓底很高很有氣派，check-in 櫃枱員工很有禮貌亦很快完成拿房間手續！ 早餐也很多優質食物選擇，環境應樓底高也不會人多覺得嘈吵！運動健身房也十大傑出，器材新又多款式，整體十分佳、24小時可用！還有室內、外游泳池，十分不錯！下次一定再來！

Not quite satisfactory. Not enough air conditioning (Cool Air) in public areas such as lobby, Gymnasium, corridor, lifts.

Very polite and helpful staff at front office and housekeeping.

Shower water pressure could be better.

Fitness Centre is pretty solid as hotel gyms are usually lacking.

For a 5-Star Hotel the staff could barely speak any English. Quite surprising. It’s one thing for general staff to not have working knowledge of English, but even while checking-in the staff struggled to communicate. I’m no English snob and it’s understandable to be some minor hiccups while communicating, but what I mean is the staff literally speak no English almost. This made things difficult at times.
