Ended up booking a stay at a separate hotel

We pre-booked a room traveling from out of state. Called to request a late check in after midnight and was told our room was no longer available. We had been “walked” to the airport location which was 20 minutes further from our intended destination. We ended up booking at another hotel and request a refund if possible for this poor service

"Did not meet my expectations.Booking.com is also playing politics"

The bedsheets were dirty obviously they did not change it.when the last guest left.An Egg was left in the refrigerator My trash was not cleared out until 7pm. This particular hotel is the worst Hilton properties I have ever stayed in my life.

The front desk associate made me lay my own bed on the first night.Wondering if a guest is suppose to do the job of housekeeping?I paid for comfort that I never got.
