"Breakfast lady"

Janay, made my stay at this hotel very successful. I was so pleased by it that I can't help but to thank her thank her. Thank her. I was coming in for breakfast morning hours from work and my feet were like completely burning. She offers so much assistance even though I didn't need it. I could just drop that for that chick let me tell you this made this hotel fabulous her attitude, her jingeracity everything that she did at that giving moment it made my day. I thank you Janelle. Hopefully this will tell. I appreciates you and your attitude. It is spectacular. Enjoy the rest of your week and thanks for making my stay memorable

"Glad we came and the breakfast was delicious but we wish it was cleaner"

Staff very friendly, breakfast exceeded expectations, room was nice, our stay was quiet

There was a dead bug on the floor, there was hair clogging the shower, and there was a yellow stain marking the bathroom ceiling

"Awesome but lounge was freezing!"

Jordan was awesome with service! Everything stayed fill and she was very friendly! It was a quiet place parking was good! The only thing that we didn't like was how freezing the breakfast area was. Everyone was so cold even other guests were complaining about the coldness.

Cannot say enough about how pleased we are with the hotel and the service we received from Bethany. We were booked at another hotel and after being given a dirty room and poor service, we luckily found this hotel and was greeted by great staff, service and a clean room last minute. Bethany made everything great for us!

The staff at this hotel is absolutely amazing they help you as much as they can always clean rooms every day regardless and very very friendly and respectful. This is the best hotel I’ve ever been at / went to I definitely recommend it for sure especially if you have Bethanie to help you out she’s a sweet woman and even the manager Laura she will help you above and beyond absolutely amazing people
