Desert Vacation Villas

Overall it was clean and nice but the sofa bed and the pillows were very uncomfortable

I made a reservation for 2 bedrooms, one with a king bed, and the other with a queen bed. We got a king and 2 twins. I wasn't happy about this. Was told that this was all they had. The unit was clean, very dark in tub/shower. We asked for blankets as it was cold while we were there. Did not use the outside facilities, because of the weather.

The unit was very spacious, very quiet. The location was excellent. The only complaint was the heating issue hummed sort of noisily when it went on.

The only problem was the phone in the unit. It was an old phone the volume button did not work so you could not hear it ringing unless you were 1 foot away. Otherwise the unit was very nice, old but upgraded nicely.

Spacious, clean condo-like hotel room. Furniture outdated and not comfortable.

Even though I made and paid for my reservation 7 weeks in advance throughv Expedia, when I arrived the hotel had lost track of my reservation and had no rooms for me. Basically they ruined my 6 day stay in Palm Springs!! Pretty much the worst error a hotel can make. Stay away!!!

Everything was ok except for the fact that our bathtub didn't have hot water and no maintenance to fix it...

Expensive but worth it.
