How clean the lodge is...Close to the shops, restaurants, tourist attractions....

The unit had crocoches but not too hectic. It is kept clean though. May I suggest frequent fumigation.

Needs some maintenance, cupboards falling apart in kitchen and bedroom

The location is excellent for sightseeing, making it a perfect base for exploring the area. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which added to the overall experience. The hippo pool is fantastic, and the abundance of wildlife on the property creates a unique and memorable atmosphere. The restaurant was a pleasant surprise—the food exceeded expectations, and the “fault special” offered great value for money.

- Poor Maintenance & Housekeeping: The overall upkeep of the property is severely lacking, with several issues apparent upon arrival. - No Backup Power: Half of the time during our stay, there was no power. The lack of backup power during excessively hot days is unacceptable for a place like this. It’s extremely frustrating to be without air conditioning or electricity in such conditions. - Unresolved Issues: The air conditioner in the upstairs room is still not functioning properly, and maintenance has been scheduled only for Tuesday after our stay. - Late check in @ 4pm and early check out of 9am is not ideal

Nice big clean lodge with all the things available for home comfort.

Too far from reception/pool/restaurant and no transportation facility available in the complex as one restaurant, no atm machines no shops.

The location, just next to the mall and shopping centre. The property was tastefully decorated looks very pretty
