Kruger Park Lodge Unit No. 509

This was the most disgusting place, it was in the most shocking condition, I will never go back to Kruger park lodge or to this particular Villa, the service from the people who rented this unit where so rude, the deck was totally broken,

The deck had fallen apart and we where not told about this, there where mites in the the thatch that fell on you and stung you while you slept, overall a ugly little unit. DStv in main bedroom did not work either!

Service was good and unit lovely

We self catered so did not have breakfast at KPL. It was central to shops and fairly close to the Kruger National Park. The grounds were excellent and we felt safe walking throughout the resort.

I do feel the upkeep of the outside patio of Unit 509 needed a little attention. The wooden deck seemed to be breaking in some places- this could be dangerous. The rail on the patio was also loose.

The carpets looked dirty. Basin was leaking. Cleaning staff need more attention

Very nice 3 bedroom house, that has everything you need and is comfortable. The holiday activities that the hotel ran for the children.

There seems to be cameras in the house that feel like an invasion of privacy. The wi-if was not working throughout our stay, and the landlord said that it was because the password must have reset with all the loadshedding. Not enough crockery and Pyrex cooking dishes in the house, and dishwasher takes extremely long to conclude a wash.
