Very accessible with jeepneys and taxi. Safe place and affordable price.

Central location. Relatively inexpensive.

A characterless cement box. Needed a very good clean, the bathroom in particular. Towels and sheets were tatty and breakfast was just gross! Powdered coffee and dried up old sausage with egg with crust rice cooked long in advance. It's not hard to do this better guys, a little more effort needed? I'm sure it looked ok when it was set up but little has been done to maintain or clean the place properly since I'd say. Not terrible, just very underwhelming. To

The location is excellent, within walking distance to Fuente Osmeña Circle and several restaurants and cafes. While breakfast is included in the room rate, it was somewhat underwhelming, with small portion sizes and limited choices. However, they do provide unlimited instant coffee on the ground floor and free water dispensers on every floor, which is a nice touch.

The lack of an elevator can be quite a hassle for guests with large bags or luggage, like us, especially since the stairs are steep. Our group was on the fourth floor, which made this issue more pronounced. Additionally, the bed linens and pillows were not properly washed and had a yellowish tint, which was also the case for the towels and bathroom mat.
