It’s a good location although you realistically need a bike as it’s a long walk to almost everywhere ( beach, shops, restaurants)

The air con in the room smelled really bad and probably needs cleaning. Muay Thai school next door starts banging on punch bags and shouting at 7am so you can’t sleep in. Internet was really patchy, sometimes WiFi was down for hours. Floor tiles in the corridor in front of our studio were moving up and down like a key on a keyboard, quite a trip hazard! I’m adding a photo of tiles

All I can say is what a little Gem, absolutely lovely. We booked late on our travels and was really surprise at the clean well maintained apartments and the facilities. I would highly recommend this property if you want peace and quiet with few different areas to go visit, beaches etc. Lovely really enjoyed our stay
