We checked in after booking and paying on booking.com. We were told that we needed to pay a $20.00 refundable incidental fee with the card. She just said to insert my card and never told us the amount she was charging us.( the gentleman training the girl told us the amount was the $20. - he should have seen the charge while she ran the amount. We were then charged a full night's fee on our card and were not told about the $150 amount. I only found it when I checked my online bank account later that evening. The young girl in training then told me that it would be refunded and put back into my account within a few hours. That didn't happen. It takes 7 business days. When I called a for a supervisor this morning Justin answered and was raising his voice saying he was sorry( not a bit apologetic) but I should have understood the girl was in training and basically I should have understood it was the trainees fault and there was nothing they could do about it. I asked for some form of compensation for the inconvenience but he said No he couldn't do anything. (Sorry is just a throw out blanket word, it doesn't fix my inconvenience or stress and it doesn't effect them, just me) So I'm out an extra night out in our trip and I don't have the extra budgeted money for spending and it's just my problem. I also didn't care for the people drinking beer in the lobby/kitchen or my hard bed. Save your money and yourself a headache stay at another hotel. They don't care if you leave a bad review.

Check in quick, great parking, restaurants within walking distance. Only issue we encountered was our room on highway side, so heard traffic throughout the night.

Breakfast

A few concerns - the room smelled musty/moldy/sweaty - might be air filters. The bed/mattress was not comfortable...kind of hard. I also wish hotel room doors would close quieter for those people that are sleeping in. I did like the trail next to the hotel and the fitness room. I also left behind a computer charger cord which they have and I can pick up soon...so I do appreciate that.

While we arrived late (after 11 pm after a concert), staff was there promptly to check us in. The bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on for a hotel of any brand/company. Checking out was also very quick and easy plus the staff during the day was very kind as well.

The only thing I disliked was some of the breakfast items were hard but that just could have been the items sitting.

Excellent all around. Will definitely stay here again.

Property was very clean and quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful.
