Lacks charm, but very functional.

We had an enjoyable stay here for our visit to Matera. The breakfast is abundant and delicious. Now for the downside of our stay. Our shower head was damaged, and we had water all over our bathroom floor. We visited in early May, and it was hot during this time. They told us air conditioning is not turned on until the end of May, but it clearly states in the description that the rooms are air conditioned. We were very unhappy about this.

Masseria muito bonita. Quarto grande e confortável. Estacionamento próprio e gratuito. Longe do centro da Matera, impossível ir caminhando. Só pode ficar nesta hospedagem quem viaja de carro. O café da manhã tem poucas opções, pode melhorar. Recepção atenciosa e checkin e checkout rápidos. Limpeza e tamanho do quarto excelentes.

Instead of providing a double bed, the just pushed to single beds together and throw lining on them. Impossible to sleep in there. Worst hotel I’ve been so far.

L'hôtel se fond dans le décor de la ville de Matera. La chambre est magnifique. La salle de restauration l'est tout autant. Stationnement facile.

Quiet location yet quite close to all the attractions. A car is advantageous. Friendly staff. Breakfast in the courtyard was lovely. Unfortunately, there was no hot water (for showers) upon arrival, and a technician had to be called. Nice, large pool. Wi-Fi was weak.

Stunning property just outside the old city. We enjoyed a cheap rate due to off season but our suite was beautiful Helpful staff.

Our sty at Masseria Santa Lucia was very comfortable. We had some difficulty finding it from the highway, but once we arrived, all was good. We received good recommendations for dining options both inside and outside Matera, as well as great parking and touring directions from Enzo. We enjoyed our stay and would strongly consider returning.
