Location, ok, for our needs..breakfast tasty & welcomed...the overall let down was the photos on the Booking.com website didn't really match the actual reality (maybe it was just our room!?).

Comfort, not great & powerful ceiling fan that wouldn't slow down, even on it's lowest setting, therefore keeping me awake all night!... Also, according to the web-page, we were allowed to pay upon arriving, but we were quickly sent a Direct email (right after reserving, via booking.com) to say that we had to pay..IN FULL, before we arrived..(which is not really fair, as I decided to cut our stay short..because of lack of sleep..& received no refund, either !)
