This property is part of several rooms in an old apartment house. The room was very comfortable and host Mare was amazing. She let us store our bags and found us a parking space in the back, It was a short walk to the old city.

The room is spacious and has everything you need, including a Lavazza coffee machine and a large terrace for an outdoor breakfast. The bathroom is equally spacious. From the location it is only a short walk to the old the city center. Close to the apartment are a bakery and a bar for coffee. The host (Mare) is friendly, super helpful and reacts very fast to any question.

Great place to stay,, there was a lift in the building to access the first floor where the,room was, this was a godsend as I have mobility issues & find stairs difficult to climb, plus I do not like heights. The room was lovely, clean & modern. Communication was also good with the lady looking after the rooms. The location was great, close to everything. Also, the Uber Taxis are very cheap in Split. We would definitely stay here again.

The host Mare came to greet us and check/in. Very helpful and friendly. Loved the balcony overlooking the trees. The attention to detail was very impressive !

The room was spacious and had all the amenities needed. Comfy bed with many pillows! Everything worked perfectly. I was able to bring my luggage in advance to the check-in time, and all went well. The location is calm and a short walk (10 min) to the touristic area.

De vriendelijkheid van het personeel

We hebben de locatie geboekt als hotel. Bij aankomst bleek het een appartement te zijn. De kamer werd aangeboden met een zithoek. Dit was een bankje geplaatst tussen bed en raam. Je kon er wel op zitten maar je benen kon je niet strekken. Het balkonnetje was 1 meter breed waarop een klein tafeltje van 80 cm stond. Stoelen op het balkon waren oncomfortabel. Op ons balkon hingen de airco units van alle 3 de appartementen . Dit gaf extreem veel warmte en lawaai. Het appartement ligt aan een drukke weg waardoor je elkaar op het balkon nauwelijks kunt verstaan. Het bed was doorgezakt waardoor we slecht geslapen hebben. Douche was niet luxe maar basic. 1 wastafel en 1douche wel met regendouche. Locatie werd aangeboden met handdoeken service maar deze hadden we niet voor 10 nachten. We hebben geboekt met ontbijt. Je moet 8 minuten lopen naar een externe locatie om te kunnen ontbijten. De menu kaart is eentonig alleen maar gerechten met ei. Met al onze klachten hebben we de eigenaar nooit gezien of gesproken. Men liet alles aan het personeel over. Personeel bestaande uit 1 host was vriendelijk en deed wat het kon maar kon onze teleurstellingen niet oplossen. Host was alleen bereikbaar via whatsapp of telefoon. Er was geen receptie. Prijs kwaliteit stond niet met elkaar in verhouding. Het appartement is veel te duur voor wat je krijgt en zeker geen luxe room of suitte
