Margaritaville Hotel Nashville

The staff in the JWB and Fin were fabulous! The food was excellent. The ambiance was fantastic. The pool was relaxing.

The lack of information when checking, for example, WIFI password. The toilet was clogged, and it took two calls to get someone to fix it, so we had to go downstairs. One of the hand towels was filthy. The reason we chose Margaritaville is because we wanted the experience before booking in FL next winter. I usually stay at Hilton as I am a diamond member. I would have to think really hard before considering Mararitaville in the future.

Poor service at bar and pool area. Major concert was in town and you didn't have enough staff to accommodate the customers. Loss revenue on hotels part and pissed off customers. Pool needs cleaned daily by skimming the top of pool. Customers had to do this daily. My room was not cleaned or towels provided, we used damp towels for 3 days.

Location was ok

Essentially forced to valet park for another $59 a day. Valet lost my leather key fob case, and passenger door of my car has a huge ding in it.

availability of food at restaurant was limited and some bartenders and workers did not appear happy or interested in the customers.

The valet and front desk attendants were phenomenal. The room was immaculate. The pool was amazing.

If the pool Was open earlier and if there was an ashtray outside somewhere.

The hotel was okay. The beds were very comfortable and staff very nice. There was no breakfast included in our stay and breakfast options weren't great neably. We were rushed out of our room by cleaning staff twice coming to our door hours before check out time. Our room was adjoined to another room and we were awoken at 5.30am each morning. This was not the fault of the hotel but something to consider if you get assigned this room. We were also awoken but an emergency alarm telling us to leave the hotel on the first night which then stopped a minute later with no explanation that evening of the next day.Coffee in room was very poor so bring your own or buy from Starbucks beside the hotel. Hotel is really close to downtown. I wouldn't stay here again.
