San Diego Marriott La Jolla

I recently attended an event at the San Diego Marriott organized by Carlos and Dion from Amuse Bar. The food and drinks were enjoyable, and the service was friendly and efficient. The event was well-executed, demonstrating their effective management and enhancing the overall experience.

I had a fantastic experience at Amuse restaurant thanks to Dion, the manager. He struck the perfect balance between professionalism and genuine friendliness, making the entire visit feel welcoming and relaxed. His kindness and great service really elevated my evening.

My dad was at the VA LaJolla and my stay at the Marriott was great! Tony, Dion and Fernando were so helpful with things to do while I was here and provided great hospitality during my stay. The hotel was nice the service was great, the food Anna drinks were amazing as well!

Angel Li was a superstar. she went above and beyond . at the m lounge she accommodated all dietary needs . including , decaf fruits eggs .really went above and beyond.

Angel Li working in the Mclub is wonderful. She is so kind , friendly and helpful. We travel a lot and rarely come across someone who is so willing to help as much as she does. If there is an employee of the week or month she should surely receive that honor.

At first I thought I would have to pay for parking but the hotel has their guests covered. When I was checking out the staff let me know what I could do to avoid that. It was simple and easy. I loved they had starbucks inside as well as walking distance. It was only a 7 minute drive away from the offices I had a work meeting so it was great!

My experience was decent/challenging. What made this review go up is the person I spoke to when I checked out. She was very kind. I appreciate her understanding. I told her I wanted to have a great hotel experience. While that was not the exact case she made me want to give Marriott another try. I did not get her name, but I thank you for your sweet demeanor.

I paid additional for an upper room. My room was on the fifth floor. The bathroom was not satisfactorily cleaned. Tub was dirty, hair in the corner on the floor, and shower gel was not refilled.
