San Diego Marriott La Jolla

Nos gusto el hotel, ya nos hemos quedado en otros hoteles Marriot, pero este se nos hizo de los mejores

No nos gusto que unos de los elevadores estaba sucio, estuvimos de sabado a domingo. El sabado por la noche alguien tiro algo en unos de los elevadores y el domingo que salimos, aun seguia igual

Second time staying here. It’s a convenient area. Very strange issue with the pillows however. The first time i noticed a bad smell with several of the pillows and thought it was a fluke. I stayed here again and had the exact same issue with all of the pillows in my room. They should really replace them.

The service at check in was exceptional as well as the service at the bar.

It was very dated and small. Cleanliness was OK, just old. The bed was comfortable.

Always a nice place to stay in San Diego. Rooms are always clean and staff is friendly.

The bed was comfortable but the rooms were worn looking. Also breakfast is only included for $70 more for 2 people! They also don’t seem to have security and there was an uncomfortable a possible unsafe situation with another guest

I was assigned a handicapped access room in middle of a construction zone. I had to walk around repair staff, over plastic. The room was the fartherest away from the main customer elevator as possible next to a service elevator. On a low floorwith an adjoins door to a room bring worked on. You could hear doors opening all night. This is a very large hotel. Is this the only room available? I am even a Bonvoy member. Not a nice place at all with too many contractors walking in and out. Shameful experience

Housekeeping was amazing, they went over and above. The staff at the bar were also excellent. The customer service at the front desk was below average. They were unfriendly and seemed bored.

Everything worked fine and no problems.
