The hotel was extremely comfortable, spotless, and had a lovely scent throughout. The location was perfect, and the staff were truly amazing — very warm, welcoming, and attentive. They greeted us so kindly when we arrived and even sent us off with thoughtful snacks, which felt incredibly sincere

Since I visited at the end of November, cold air was coming in through the window and the room felt chilly. When I mentioned it, the staff kindly showed me how to switch the AC to warm mode, and the room became comfortable afterwards.
