The hotel parking and the lights in the corridors.

Unfortunately, my stay did not meet expectations. The room was not very practical. In the bathroom, there was no shelf or surface where guests could place personal items such as a phone, toiletries, or other essentials. In addition, both the washbasin and the shower drain were clogged, which was inconvenient and gave the impression that maintenance was lacking. The decorative pillows in the seating nook also had visible stains, which was disappointing from a cleanliness perspective. Overall, the room felt poorly designed and not well maintained, which negatively affected my stay.

Das Personal und das Management des Hotels sind als extrem schlecht und unprofessionell zu bezeichnen. Bei Auftreten gesundheitlicher Probleme, deren Ursache in einem Verschulden des Hotels zu sehen ist, wurde die Hilfe unterlassen. Statt einer Entschädigung wurde der volle Preis für den Aufenthalt in Rechnung gestellt.
