There was no shampoo in our bathroom and I didn’t have any with me. That was a big disappointment when I was in the shower. I did leave a note for staff. Check out was at 10 and we left our room around 8:45 to check out the fitness area and our card would not let us in. Then when we got back to our room we couldn’t get in our room. It’s probably because it was the day we were scheduled to check out, but we had not officially checked out yet so I was disappointed in that and had to go down to the desk to have our cards reactivated. The freezer definitely needed to be defrosted as well.

The breakfast was good. I wished that they had some sort of spicy sauce like Tabasco for the eggs because the food is bland.

The microwave in our room was very noisy and annoying even though we never used it. It vibrated and made all sorts of noises. I unplugged it in order to sleep. It should be replaced. Room 208.

Liked the breakfast selection. Hotel location was perfect for what I needed. Bed was super comfy!!

The bathroom floor could have been a little cleaner around the legs of the vanity. Getting picky here. The tv channel descriptions were off, didn't match up to what it actually was.

Front staff were very pleasant.

The room smelled like a clogged and filled vacuum. Windows open didn't help. Had disabled son with us and dispite it saying ADA accessible, it was not. Trying to get him into the shower was a nightmare. Couldn't get under the sink to brush his teeth. Won't stay at a Clarion again.

This hotel has so much potential, but the room cleanliness was horrible. Front desk staff was very nice and quick. Breakfast was OK.... coffee and carb bkfst only. Small but nice.

This hotel has so much potential, but the room cleanliness was horrible. Spittle on the mirror, active mold on the AC, urine down the sides of the toilet and not the first time apparently, caked on, floor sticky. Absolutely bad cleaning staff!
