We loved the location. Close to many amenities and the ocean. Grounds and pool area is very nicely kept. Units are aged, but not uncomfortable. Would definitely stay again

Excellent place to stay. High ceilings, great ocean views, clean and lots of amenities. Smooth check in and check out. Friendly staff. We would definitely stay here again. 1 block to the beach and very walkable.

A wonderful small place to enjoy the beach, the picturesque walks, the ambience of an historic California beach town and those gorgeous sunsets!

Property is well-maintained. Excellent location. Quiet location. Close to many amenities. Decor is dated but functional. Check in is quite late and check out is quite early. They did not seem to be eager to accommodate late check out and earliest they would accommodate for checking in was 2 o'clock. Front staff were not the most friendly and hospitable. One of the main reasons we booked here was the heated pool. We unfortunately could not use it for pleasure as it was too cold. We reported this.

Great stay. Some issues with hot water, but was addressed right away. Looking forward to staying here again.

The property is dated but the grounds are beautifully kept. Nice pool and hot tub. Very quiet area. We were fortunate to have the 2 bedroom which is basically a house with a 2 car garage. Lots of room. The only downfall is no AC. It was a bit muggy at times. But they do provide plenty of fans for the entire house to circulate air. I will stay again and do recommend. The cup coffee shop across the street is a great little local coffee shop that offers tasty coffee and breakfast sandwiches/muffins etc. Great place to stay and super close to the beach. Also the pier is close. About a 15 minute walk max. Nice gem!

Cozy, comfortable, relaxing, close to the beach. They had amenities like boogie boards to borrow and use at the beach, onsite laundry and simple conveniences like coffee for the room. The unit was clean, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything you needed.
