This property must be one of the best located places to stay in Cortona. It is basically right on Piazza Republica which (along with the adjacent streets) is where all the eating, drinking and chilling happens in Cortona. Rosa is a great host who met us at the door and made us feel at home. The beds were fine and the apartments has everything you need. Washing machine, drying rack, ironing board etc. The place was clean, very comfortable but above all had a super location. The photo here is from the bedroom window.

There may be one there, but we could not find a kettle (we used the microwave, so no prob).

A beautiful little home in the heart of Cortona. The host was friendly, welcoming and showed us around the place when we arrived. The apartment was very clean, a full functional kitchen with two bedrooms and bathrooms. 10/10 :)

Nothing, it was perfect!

The location was perfect, right in the centre of Cortona.

Unfortunately we were not aware of the 54 steps to our apartment.

Rosa was lovely and accommodating, the apartment was beautiful, cozy, clean, and perfectly located in the central piazza of Cortona historical town center. Free parking was 5 min walking up the hill, delicious restaurants directly under the stay. Check in and out super simple. We will absolutely be staying here again!! Grazie Rosa!
