Cozy Bedrooms Guest House

Location was perfect. 15-20min drive from downtown area or area where good eatery is concentrated. Also 20min easy drive to the Vancouver International Airport is a great advantage. The most recommendable point to choose this guest house is location.

Average guest house quality and service. Nothing wrong and no complaints about those points. The only but minor point is that the guest house entrance is not curbside. They will let you park in the back and you need to drag your suitcase from there. But still not a point to discard this guest house from your list of candidates.

The location and street parking were perfect for me. The room was clean and comfortable.

Smells like a cat lives there, and I was completely surprised to find out it was one room of 4 total in the guest house. Didn't realize it was a shared space!

No breakfast,to far out

The accommodation was very clean. All the required amenities were available and the staff member I spoke to was really friendly and helpful. Location was not bad either, just a short walk to the metro and bus stops.

I was put into another cottage when I arrived, as the cottage I had booked a room in was double booked, which I did not mind as the other accommodation was really nice, but is something to perhaps avoid in the future, or let the guests know in advance.

I had no direct contact with the rental. I contacted Expedia within 15 min of making my reservation for my sister and me to cancel. I asked for confirmation and received none. Continued to get information that we were expected.
