The property was so aesthetic and the staffs were really helpful. Special mention to Ms.Preetha and Mr.Raj and all the other staffs 😊

Staff very courteous and helpful. Breakfast spread was very good.

Improvements reqd in the dining hall table linen cleanliness. A cupboard should be provided in each room. A shower closet would also be a good addition.

Service petit-déjeuner complètement désorganisé et très très long.

Accueil très moyen. Chambre sans fenêtre. Le train qui longe l'hôtel et qui klaxonne fortement jour et nuit. Les coupures d'électricité la nuit (problème quand on dort avec un respirateur). Repas du soir uniquement idli et dosa.

Nice and spacious room. The hotel is at a good location.

Staff doesn't speak English which was quite inconvenient for us as we needed help booking a car for sightseeing and booking a car or a train to our next destination. Both morning we stayed at the hotel, one of the staff members was blasting music at 7:30 am through the speakers right next to our room's door, and were very surprised when we asked them to please turn it down. We really wanted to like this hotel, but was quite a let down, especially for the price we paid for the room.

Being able to cancel the second night I had planned to stay at this hotel.

Hygiene & Comfort: Cockroaches in the room and no hot water (the hotel lacks a boiler).Strangulation smell in the room Safety Issue: Exposed electrical wires just 10cm from the head of the bed. Faulty Equipment: Lights that wouldn't turn off and extremely loud AC from the neighboring room restarting every 15 minutes. Noise Disturbance: Proximity to the train tracks and loud music blasted from reception starting at 7:30 AM. Service & Catering: Breakfast not ready until 8:15 AM. Unhelpful staff (no assistance with luggage, emails left unanswered, no local information). Management: The manager was dishonest, denying the pest issue until shown photographic proof, and failed to follow through on promises.
