Cocolia Hotel - only adults

Que el hotel está inmerso en la naturaleza y que si quisieras no moverte, tienes comida disponible de 8am-10pm en el restaurante.

Las instalaciones al estar al aire libre, no están suficientemente equipadas para las temporadas de lluvia. Los taxis para subir y bajar del hotel son muy caros. El acceso al hotel es difícil.

Me gustó el ritual de bienvenida, los espacios comunes, el restaurante, las cabañas, la atención y amabilidad de todo el personal, en especial de Franco creo que se llamaba el mozo que más nos atendió, que podiamos pedir comida donde estuviesemos…

El camino para llegar al hotel es bastante malo, a la salida, en una calle con pendiente, nos dimos un gran susto. Quizás el hotel podría impulsar o contribuir al arreglo del camino desde la ruta y hasta el pueblo

El lugar es precioso, todos los detalles bien cuidados y el personal muy amable y servicial.

Al ser un hotel ecológico con energía solar no hay aire acondicionado. El acceso a la playa (sobre todo la vuelta) es algo difícil

We loved the design of the room and the connection you had with nature. We had a couple of really nice and quite days. Nice pool and facilities. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful.

Although the food was very tasty, some of the prices felt quite high compared to similar places and accommodations. It felt a bit uncomfortable that they asked to leave tips for everything, on top of the standard charges (this was the only hotel in Mexico we experienced this during our 3 weeks travel)

The property is beautiful, a little cocoon in the jungle while still being close to town. It’s the perfect place to disconnect and unwind. The privacy is excellent, and the staff are amazing, warm, and very friendly. A truly special stay! There is a beach a walk down from the hill stairs from the resort- but possibly the best and most exotic beach in the area.

A couple of things to keep in mind. The property is quite inconvenient to reach from Mazunte town, it’s not within walking distance and there’s no shuttle service. We found it difficult to get a taxi at times. Also, it’s best to visit during cooler months, as the property can get uncomfortably warm during the day, and being an eco property, there is no air conditioning!
