Limaq Hotel

We stayed here for one night because it is close to Lima airport for our next day flight to Cusco. The hotel staff is super nice and the room is very clean. The bed is firm, perfect for me.

The staff are very helpful, good breakfast, near the airport.

Check in was good and quick, service from the front desk was good. Although clean and tidy on the surface, we found someones tablet(medication) on the floor by the bed.

The biggest problem I had with my stay is that I spent at least 2-3 hours trying to get help in several ways at the front desk but the employees seem to Try but that did not help me or anyone in my party at the time; To not have at least 1 English speaking employee is a major problem especially with a hotel that's considered an airport hotel for International Travelers. not to mention the closet safe didn't work, the portable AC Unit takes hours to take the temperature down 5 degrees last but certainly not least the get someone to help change the caption from Spanish to English..

Perfectly fine for the price and handy for the airport, but our room was very noisy. Staff were friendly, but we got chatged 3usd for a cup of teas we had in the room

The hotel was very clean and accomodating, but the surrounding area was not as nice. Breakfast had a good variety. The only problem we had was that check out took a long time - we had to wait for about 10-15 minutes while one of the staff members confirmed and secured our room.

It used to be a good place. Now everything is fine, but be careful because they charge you for everything! Even a tea bag! Fortunately they don't charge you for the use of towels. Only the attention of the guards is good! The hotel management is lousy in their decisions. I will never use this Place again!!
