Blue Mango Beach Hotel

I have nothing to reccomend about blue mango,

Sense of arrival was poor, "reception" was no more than a desk under a gazebo. Training and quality of staff was poor. Reception was abandoned in the afternoon when check in was advised. Room not available in morning, told to come back in the afternoon however room locked and no-one in afternoon even though they were expecting me to check in. The quality of staff who were on site was poor, not proactive or interested to help. The staff were more interested in sitting playing on their phones than doing any work. No supervision or culture of accountability. The management couldn't be contacted and staff had no idea if or when they would come back. The appearance was not as the photos its a lot more shabby and run down in real life

Der Strom ist täglich mehrmals ausgefallen. Aus dem Wasserhahn im Bad kam kein klares Wasser.

La piscina es agradable. En general el sabor de la comida me gustó.

La atención del personal es bastante mala, no están pendientes, atienden con desgano. No hicimos siquiera un check-in. Se demoran mucho para servir la comida; en una ocasión esperamos alrededor de 3 horas para recibir el almuerzo. A un amigo le sirvieron un plato de baja calidad que no traía lo que él había pedido. En cuanto a la habitación se veía deteriorada, le falta mantenimiento a varias zonas.

There is a construction site next door, but it doesn’t matter too much. Also the wifi wasn’t always working and only in the room, not at the pool.
