Very clean. Ski in ski out right to run #10. Friendly staff.

No broom in the room. Parking cost extra and is a very small parking garage. Only shampoo available.

Excellent hotel and facilities. The food was amazing. We had no complaints whatsoever.

Maybe a little more of a personal touch by the staff. I'm picking here though, it is a big hotel. Possibly the menus in English too.

Freundlichkeit Personal und Kulinarisch sehr lecker und ausreichend, Der SPA Bereich war klasse

Leider waren die Betten viel zu weich und die Erholung hat gelitten, es gab leider auch nicht genug Ablagemöglichkeit oder enen bequemen Sessel im Zmmer. Zimmer war sehr eng (109)

Tolle Lage, freundliches Personal, eine einfache Abwicklung, Modern, sauber...

Die Glaswände des Badezimmers finde ich mäßig. Wenn man Nachts ins Bad will ist das ganze Zimmer hell und bei einem Doppelzimmer sind ja zwei Personen drin. Das Zimmer war trotz abgestellter Heizung und gekippter Balkontür sehr warm-> vielleicht geben Sie Tips wie man es kälter bekommt.
