Le, levantei durante a noite e o chão estava gelado, reclamei na Recepção e na segunda noite aqueceram o piso, aí o quarto ficou uma sauna, nas noites seguintes algumas vezes ligaram o aquecimento do piso, em outras não. Não há um procedimento coerente e rotineiro nesse sentido.

A cordialidade e atendimento dos funcionários foi excelente, assim como a localização. O café da manhã me surpreendeu pela sua diversidade e abundância!

Acho que nas suítes poderia ter uma mesa de trabalho ou escrivaninha, não havia local apropriado para utilizar um notebook.
