Bioli Wellness Resort completely exceeded our expectations. It’s like stepping into a fairytale. Staying in our private cottage in the middle of the woods was magical—it was peaceful, quiet, and incredibly relaxing. Waking up surrounded by nature was an unforgettable experience. We loved seeing the alpacas roaming freely around the property, which added so much charm. The food was absolutely phenomenal—every meal was outstanding. The wellness facilities were excellent, the staff was warm and attentive, and they surprised us with a complimentary bottle of wine for our 30th anniversary, which was such a thoughtful and appreciated gesture. Every detail made us feel truly special.

Nothing at all. We only wish we had stayed longer.

Amazing cottages , amazing place , amazing nature, clean and tidy

We spend 2 weeks at Bioli, staying both in Chalets and One Bedroom House. First week was heaven — 9/10. Second was bad — 5/10. Total is 7/10. WIth that said, we highly recommend the place for 5-7 days relaxation and hope to be back. Pros: • extremely good air and views, the place is heaven for relaxation. Eyes love it, ears too. I started walking without a phone, for hours. Not taking the phone to the breakfast. It's great. The grass is so green like it's Switzerland. Fantastic place. Sometimes you walk through the clouds in the early mornings. Peacocks are gathering around the breakfast area to pay their regards to the guests. Birds are singing. Some nights you can hear wolves howling in the woods. When it comes to the primary purpose of the place, it's exceptional. • Bioli helped us with reservation after Booking made a mistake and changed our room from Chalet to the House. Mariam was very great, thanks to her. • Spa is fine, and, while the pool is only building, you can get a very decent spa experience with phytobath and massage. So for 1 week — one of the greatest place we've been to (and we've been to some). Longer? Many issues arise.

• Constant lawn-mowing around Chalets. Five (!) days in a row, for 4-5 hours a day (!). On the third day, my wife started having migraines, and I was forced to communicate the problem to the staff. But the next day these guys were back. They were back the next day even after I visited reception and specifically expressed how it defies the very concept of the place: instead of silence and privacy you have guys running gas mowers, drilling with it into your head, very loud and sometimes directly around your house. If you need to do lawn-mowing around the houses, you should (1) inform guest in advance that there will be a noise around, (2) state time period when it will be happening, (3) apologize for inconvenience, (4) offer complementary tea in the restaurant. But Bioli just kinda expects guests to wait through it. • breakfast is not a 5 star, but a 4 star continental breakfast. A-la carte menu exists, as we accidentally discovered on the day 10, but nobody bothered to tell us :) And it's very basic as well. • the restaurant is dull. The menu looks interesting, but you quickly discover that most dishes are either very simple, or similar (eg no rice or pasta dishes). The service itself is very good (Niko was a true star of service); • the Bioli song, playing on the loop at the restaurant. On day 1, it adds to the atmosphere. On day 5, it's annoying. The event hall has a much better playlist; • the service is mostly fine, but sometimes they really drop the ball. Even after being told how important it was. You pay for such places to be relieved of problems, and where other hotels helped us with ease, Bioli just didn't bother, which led to material losses for us. Won't go into details, but we checked out 3 days earlier with a completely ruined mood. So, the place tries to be a high-end resort, and, in-design, it is. Execution? Not always :(
