The owner are very friendly welcoming and the accommodation is very clean just i am in my own house. Quiet environment and very safe indeed. Meet all my expectations and surely recommend for a good 👍 stay over.

Dear Jackie, Russell, Thank you for welcoming us into your home and making us welcome. A comfortable and soft bed in a beautifully decorated bedroom was great. Waking up to birds and rain in the morning, I found it peaceful, soothing, and relaxing. Thank you. A clean bathroom facility with a view to the back garden is respected and appreciated. Car parking facility, thank you for letting me park in your driveway. I am grateful for your friendly, kind, and welcoming openness to allow us to enjoy our stay with you and cherish the local nature, sea and walks to three cliffs. Thank you

Clean friendly and made to feel welcome

Lovely stay in Bishopston. Comfortable, very clean, welcoming and well situated for exploring the Gower Peninsula. The hosts were very friendly, helpful and hard working offering good advice on where to eat and visit in the area. They also very kindly supplied me with fresh milk twice a day for tea and even recommended a local garage to take my car to who looked at it free of charge. A really nice trip to the Gower

Jackie is a wonderful host. Friendly helpful and warm. The room was very pleasant and clean. Tea and coffee making available. A mini fridge would be useful to keep water and milk cool. Bishopston is a great base for a solo traveller. A Co op is nearby and the local pub is a few doors down for food and drinks. I found people to be friendly and helpful. The pub is just a few doors away and closes at 11pm. I stayed during a hot spell of sunny weather which meant the outside was busy. But it quietened down soon enough after closing. This may be a consideration for those who like an early night and are light sleepers. Overall I was very happy with my stay.

The owners of the property are very welcoming and there home is very clean. The room had its own keys and was maintained very well. I slept with no issues and would highly recommend

Nothing quite right about this property, very poor lighting, especially bedside. Next to a noisy pub which made parking difficult, nowhere nearby to get breakfast, not much wardrobe space as used for someone else's storage. Tea cups but no teapot, so forever heating kettle. Bathroom and shower ok, but no separate toilet and it was shared by 3 rooms.

The hosts are very thoughtful and nice

The accommodation exceeded expectations. We liked its location next to a very friendly pub and not having to use the car, being able to walk to the coastal footpaths. We also appreciated Jackie's care and attention to detail; everything we needed - and more - was provided. We've stayed on the Gower many times and this was one of the best!

Lovely place to stay. I felt very welcomed and more importantly my son was made very welcome and extra care had been taken in setting up his bed to include books for him and his teddy to read. Thank you very much
