Gasthaus Adler Fohrenbühl

Very warm welcome on arrival. It’s very much a family business and all the staff are lovely. Plenty of parking in an open space (not underground). Food in the restaurant was delicious. Provide a well stocked mini-bar at normal price for when you’d rather sit on the balcony or the rest room rather than downstairs. Great location for hiking with a number of walks from Fohrenbűhl, and plenty of attractions in the surrounding area to visit. I would highly recommend it as a base for the area.

Gutes Restaurant. Sehr ruhige Lage . Nettes und aufmerksames Personal

het ontbijt was het enigste dat goed was.er was ook voldoende parkeergelegenheid.

de kamer was veel te klein,verouderd,geen of weinig plaats om de valiezen uit te pakken,matras was veel te zacht en zakte helemaal door,de badkamer was verouderd en heeft dringend een opknapbeurt nodig,de afzuiging maakte veel lawaai.het eigen restaurant was dicht en ook het restaurant daarnaast was dicht dus moesten we 8 kilometer rijden om iets te gaan eten.

If I could give six stars, I wouldn’t hesitate. The food would earn a couple Michelin stars, the facility was exceptional and all in a beautiful setting. What really stood out was the staff. Without exception, they were earnestly friendly without the slightest hint of superficiality. After three nights we felt like part of their family. Highest recommendations!

If you reserve an “economy” room it will be rather small but equipped with a private balcony. No cross ventilation and therefore stuffy during a late May heat wave, but a provided fan made it comfortable.

De vriendelijkheid van de medewerkers, iedereen is super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het eten was ook zeer goed, vooral de Schweinelendchen zijn echt voortreffelijk. Maar de Maultasche en de Zwiebel rostbraten waren net zo lekker.

Als ik dan toch iets moet bedenken is het het bed dat een beetje kraakte maar ik heb er verder geen last van gehad.

Extrem freundlicher und zuvorkommender Service. Viele kleine Dinge, z.b. ein tägliches Gästeblatt, die den Aufenthalt außergewöhnlich machen.
