The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms was spacious and clean.

Traffic was quite noisy at night.

Everything was top notch and they even had a garage for the motorcycle which they offered on their own as it was raining heavily at no cost whatsoever. Breakfast was great while the restaurant was open for lunch and dinner as well. A perfect stop to catch a breather and rest.

The breakfast is truly amazing, there is so much choice it is unbelievable. This is the best breakfast I have seen and eaten in any hotel I have stayed at in my whole life. The restaurant is immaculate as are the evening meals, very tasty. A family run hotel, in the evening you are served by ladies in traditional Black Forest attire, which makes a very pleasant experience. We also had garage parking for our motorcycles. I can sincerely highly recommend this hotel. the friendly family make you very welcome.

A very nice, clean and comfortable room. Great breakfast and great restaurant. Great location for hikes. Thanks a lot to the very friendly team of the hotel. We stayed for a New Year eve and received a nice gifts in the morning.

Would be nice to have a kettle in the room. There is also just two power sockets in the room, which is tiny bit complicated for people with many gadgets :)

Lovely hotel in a great location to explore the Black Forest. It is easy to find with ample free parking. We were able to park our motorcycles in the garage on the 1st but it was full the second night. The staff are lovely and we were pleased to find that Dragos was still here as we enjoyed sharing stories of our adventures on our previous stay. The rooms are very comfortable and quiet, and well appointed. The food is excellent, good value and there is lots of choice including some regional specialities.

A really lovely guesthouse. Great value for money. Fantastic breakfast and really welcoming staff. I ate dinner in the restaurant on the second night - lovely food. Really good beer. Great place to stay for touring Schwarzwald. All food locally produced. Homemade apple pie for breakfast - delicious. Huge room, spotlessly clean, well equipped. Great little lounge with an honesty bar.
