"It was a way below expectations."

No water in rooms. No room service. Impossible to order food during Shabat. No stores or cafes to eat around the hotel during Shabat. Poor breakfast with flies in pancakes.

Room could have been cleaner Tiny shower, missing basic things such as towel hangers (was only one) The bed was essentially twin beds put together, not what you would expect for a suite..
