Tolip North Coast Hotel

I recently stayed at this hotel with a group of family, and it was truly a delightful experience from start to finish. What sets this hotel apart is its incredible staff—they are the friendliest, most accommodating people we have ever encountered in all our travels! Here is what made our stay so special:Outstanding Management & Reception: Upon arrival, Mahmoud from reception went above and beyond by asking for a free chalet upgrade for us, which Mr. Hassan Alsaqa kindly approved. While we chose to stick to standard rooms to keep our large group together, we deeply appreciated this generous gesture. Mr. Hassan also checked in on us at the end of our trip to ensure everything went perfectly. Perfect Room Arrangements: Mahmoud secured second-floor rooms with a stunning view of the pool and sea, perfectly honoring our requests for our seniors. They also accommodated our early check-in seamlessly. Exceptional Room Service: The housekeeping team allowed us to choose our own cleaning times, and Sayed was incredibly helpful, always accommodating us and proactively bringing extra towels and amenities. Quick Support & Accessibility: When I asked for an AC check, a technician arrived in just 5 minutes and fixed it instantly. They also provided a wheelchair for my elderly mother to use throughout our trip, and we received a daily care call to check if we needed anything. Delicious Food: The restaurant offers fantastic variety and outstanding quality. Breakfast ran from 7:00 to 10:00 AM, but they kindly left it open an extra 20–30 minutes, keeping it stocked with everything we wanted (salads, cold cuts, fruits, desserts, waffles, and pancakes). Lunch was equally delicious, featuring Koshary, liver, and turkey with beef. A special thanks to the head chef, who personally came out to greet us every single day and ensured all the food was absolutely delicious! Pool, Beach & Entertainment: The pool was spotless with a great swim-up bar for coffee.

Very nice and friendly staff, excellent food with a wide variety of choices at the restaurant, clean rooms, and a beautiful beach. The overall atmosphere was relaxing and family-friendly.
