The room was dusty and dirty

buffet breakfast facility was good. The location is near to market palce and hawa mahal. So we could walk to Hawa Mahal and do street shopping as well on the way.

Room service was slow. We called the room service twice in a day to get the dustbin emptied. No one came. Ultimately, had to physically go to the reception and inform that we need the bins emptied, then they sent a person along to do it. In room dining service is also slow. Instead of handwash, soap bar was provided which didn't even lather well.

Otel temiz ve konforluydu. Çok merkezi bir konumda. Hawa Mahal'e de yakın, yürüyerek gidebileceğiniz gibi, çok düşük fiyata tuktukla da ulaşabilirsiniz. Otelin duvarları ve tavanlarındaki nakışlar, uyurken bile Rajasthan'ın o büyülü rüyasında kalmanızı sağlıyor. Otel çalışanları canayakın ve yardımsever insanlar. Döviz bozdurma ve seyahat planları gibi konularda hep yardımcı oldular. Hatta son gün uçağımız gece geç vakitteydi. Biz öğleden önce çıkış yaptıktan sonra bavulları otele bırakıp şehri gezmeye çıktık. Akşam döndüğümüzde yolculuk için hazırlanmamız için kısa süreliğine bir oda verdiler. O kadar iyi geldi ki 🙏 Tekrar gelirsek bu oteli tercih edeceğimize eminim The hotel was clean and comfortable. It's in a very central location. It's also close to the Hawa Mahal; you can walk or take a tuk-tuk for a very reasonable price. The decorative motifs on the walls and ceilings of the hotel make you feel like you're in a magical Rajasthan dream, even while you're asleep. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. They were always helpful with things like currency exchange and travel plans. In fact, our flight was late at night on the last day. After checking out in the afternoon, we left our luggage at the hotel and went out to explore the city. When we returned in the evening, they gave us a room for a short while to prepare for our trip. It was lovely! 🙏 I'm sure we'll choose this hotel if we come back.
