"Warm welcome in great location"

Lovely boutique hotel in great location with very friendly and helpful staff. Room was well equipped and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Plenty of nice touches like complimentary mead and cake on arrival. We plan to return again soon.

The check in and check out process was easy. The hosts were super friendly and helpful. One of them helped us call a taxi for us. Room was modern and clean and had all the items you would need.

The outlet boxes kept going in and out, so my phone didn’t charge fully overnight despite being plugged in (and was charging when I initially plugged it in). The breakfast also took a while to come out (20-25 minutes), but I guess that’s what happens when there is only one chef.

"good, but some niggles need sorting out"

good location.- we arrived early evening and all the entry instructions were simple easy and clear. the room was good and the bed comfy. The drunken floors were fun. really appreciated all the teas etc and the cake and biscuits.- the bathroom products were good

we were cold at night! the bedding was not sufficient and we had to raid the linen cupboard!-the weather was very blustery and their was quite a draft coming through the window. The bacon tasted odd. and the table legs were getting in the way. The breakfast booking system didn't really work very well -it left the lady understandably confused. A simple tick box system would be better.

Always a wonderful space to stay whilst in Lyme Regis. Friendly staff and wonderful rooms. Right in the heart of Lyme Regis and parking only a short walk away. Fantastic .

Breakfast was superb and the staff were very friendly. We had a very comfortable stay.

The shower could have been more powerful, especially when using hot water.

Breakfast was excellent. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. Bed very comfortable. Loved the cake and mead.

Scored lower on comfort as the quilt on the bed was thin and we were cold during the night as it was March. Could do with some blankets available or winter and summer quilts.
