"Rude employee.ill never stay again"

The desk was vacant and after I found a maintenance man, he got the clerk. The clerk was rude. She seemed angry to have to man the desk.

Employees were very friendly and helpful! I needed a spoon at 2:00 in the morning. I went to the front desk and we had a few laughs and she was very friendly and helpful!

I was so impressed that a staff member would go out of his way to help me. Alfred, the maintenance worker, went out of his way to assist me. When I asked if he could help me secure my cargo with a ratchet strap, he stopped what he was doing and ensured my cargo was properly fastened.
