"we was there for just one night so it was ok."

The Complimentary Breakfast and Location (near grocery and 7-11) definitely a +. Even thou there was only 1 person checking in during a rush he held himself together (obviously done this before).

When we went to our room our key didn't work and we had to go retrieve another key (we were furthest room from the front desk it was already near midnight) and then our AC didn't work and we were told sorry we're sold out and all we can do right now is offer you a fan.
