I liked the bed and the showers were large.

Well first when we went there we were trying to get in early check-in. We ended up having to get a room with two beds which was not on your guys's site that we got on booking with you guys we got one king size bed and we didn't ask for two beds We ended up getting no air conditioning on our honeymoon day. we would have like to get what we what we spent on the website. We wanted to spend the night a comfortable room but unfortunately we had to stay in a small bed which I'm a big man I'm 6'3 and 300 lb and I had to stay on a full bed or queen size not sure with my lady and a hot room feeling like I'm in a sauna and when I made that notification to the staff they were very not up on the person maintenance person to help so he was busy doing something else he came very late like about 3 hours late with a fan to put on which the fan was not really suitable for keeping cool it was a little thin fan that Harley blew out any air.unfortunately it was that great as far as that goes in when we had to move rooms to the fifth floor and my leg is very hard to walk on which was obvious to the staff when they see me walk in and they went ahead and put me in the furthest top floor had to go over a bridge to get to my room and had to use stairs to get through shortcuts to the elevator which was very unsuitable.

Hotel bien placé. Proche de l aeroport. Chambre simple mais propre.

C est bien les seules choses positives. Nous avons payé la nuit a l avance. Arrivé sur place, on nous dit qu il n y a aucune trace de ce paiement car ils ont changé de programme informatique. Malgré les preuves que je leur présente sur mon relevé de compte, il refuse de nous donner la chambre si nous ne payons pas la chambre (une seconde fois!). Nous demandons a parlé au responsable qui bien sur ne sera jamais disponible. Nous repassons par la plus tard car malheureusement nous avions deja planifier notre voyage. Et ils nous refons le meme coup ! Nous avons donc payé 2 nuits 4x. Et cela ne leur pose absoluement aucun probleme. Ils suffit de dire que cela vient du nouveau systeme informatique. De plus apres notre 2eme nuit la bas. Une fois le check out fait. Nous voyons sur notre relevé bancaire qu ils ont essayé de nous prelevé encore une fois la nuit que nous venons de passé. Donc pour la 3eme fois !

Piscina, Desayuno, Habitación, Shuttle desde y hacia el aeropuerto.

La primera habitación que nos entregaron tenía malos olores y el lavamanos del baño estaba sucio. Al parecer había un problema de mantenimiento con las tuberías que no estaba resuelto.

La cercania con el Toy district era muy buena, ademas estaba lleno de restaurantes y supermercados alrededor.

El gimnasio no era muy bueno, era pequeño y tenia pocas cosas

Goede kamer en bedden met balkon. Locatie ook goed.

Hotel viejo , muy sucio, huele a cigarrillo y a humedad, desayuno pobre

The location was great

All night long there were people in the hallways yelling and running around. I think there should be a stricter implemented quiet hours policy
