Il ragazzo alla reception è stato gentilissimo, ci ha spiegato anche come muoverci in città e ci ha offerto un upgrade gratuito della stanza, di cui siamo stati felicissimi. La stanza familiare in cui siamo stati era enorme e con 2 bagni. La posizione ottima per muoversi a piedi a Lisbona e raggiungere i punti principali in pochi minuti a piedi. Letto comodo.

La colazione è migliorabile e uno dei due bagni aveva odore di fogna

Excelente desayuno. Buena habitación con baño un poco pequeño pero suficiente. Buena ducha. Pedimos tres habitaciones y en la doble con dos camas el baño era grande.

Algo de olor humedad por la alfombra.

Ottimo hotel ho apprezzato molto Lo staff Carlos è Cyril gentilissimi super accoglienti!! Hotel bello in un palazzo antico con tutte le comodità tranne il bidet 😂

Manca il bidet, la colazione ha il necessario ma non è da 4 stelle come la intendiamo noi italiani
