מיקום מצויין, צוות מאוד אדיב

שודרגו שלא לבקשתנו לחדר גדול יותר אבל בקומה האחרונה. החדר בעליית גג, משמע תקרה נוטעת, קבלתי מכה בראש לא נעמה בכלל. כול החדר למעט מקלחת שטיחים - נראים נקיים, אבל... עד כמה אפשר לנקות שטיח בלי לשלוח לניקוי שטיחים. בקיצור פחות אהבנו את החדר.

The location of this hotel was incredibly convenient, and the staff were absolutely wonderful. They went out of their way to help with any issue. One particularly touching example: when my travel companion left a hat at the hotel, and we had already boarded a cruise, the staff arranged an Uber to deliver it to the ship. Such kindness and thoughtfulness made our stay truly special!
